To complement the traditional restaurant, "The Jardin du Calendal", the hotel has inaugurated a new style dining area. We've called it: OLIPAN. It's designed for those who wish a generous sweet or savoury snack at any time of the day: sandwiches with organic bread, salads, savoury tarts, toasted dishes and, in winter, freshly-made soups!

Simplicity is the order of the day: sandwiches, salads and tarts - all with that distinctive Mediterranean touch. The traditional sandwich (ham, cheese, chicken, beef, tuna, etc) has been rethought by OLIPAN: plenty of vegetables, multi-cereal bread and, naturally, a thin coating of olive oil.

So you have planned an outing to explore the Alpilles, the Camargue or the Lubéron. Or you are moving on to the next destination on your tour. Then have OLIPAN prepare your picnic hamper with a choice of sandwiches, salads, and drinks, all to be ready for when you leave.
